Fusing together yoga and pilates in a flowing class to music, focusing on different parts of the body. Arms, back, legs, thighs, tummy. This is an all level class and I always give modifications for the beginner. Build strength, stamina, flexibility, healthy bones and joints, stretch out and lengthen the body even more with yoga poses in between pilates exercises and towards the end of the class. Incorporating some cardio workouts to satisfy more fat burning within. This class is very gentle on the body. Gentle enough for everyone young and old. Acheive that lean toned body, while acheiving calmness in mind and body. Such a great combination. Focus inwards, become aware of your alignment, and aware of your body from the inside out.
